Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Tools, we are committed to delivering exceptional training and a seamless learning experience. To maintain transparency and fairness, our refund and cancellation terms are outlined below so you can enroll with complete confidence.

Completed Courses

Once a training course has concluded, all fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for fully delivered programs.

Duplicate or Overpayments

If you accidentally make a duplicate or extra payment:

  • A full refund of the additional amount will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Requests must be submitted by the candidate, and processing typically takes 7 to 10 working days after approval.

Unattended Courses (100% Refund)

You are eligible for a full refund if you have not attended any sessions. To qualify:

  • The refund request must be submitted before the official start date of the course.
  • You must not have accessed or downloaded any training course materials.

Partial Refunds (Emergency Circumstances)

If you need to withdraw mid-course due to an unforeseen emergency or major life event (e.g., severe medical issues or significant career changes), you may request a partial refund.

  • Documentation Required: Valid supporting proof of the emergency or life change must be submitted.
  • Calculation: The refund amount will be prorated based on the number of sessions attended or syllabus completed.
  • Final Approval: The final refund figure is determined at the sole discretion of the institute and is binding.

General Processing Terms

  • All refund requests are subject to review and formal approval by the institute.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment channel within 7 to 10 working days.
  • The institute reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

Course Rescheduling or Cancellation by The Tools

If the institute must postpone or cancel a scheduled course due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters or political unrest):

  • Candidates will receive a 100% full refund.
